All the Legal Stuff for Renters

~Rules and regulations shall apply to any one person, group, club, individual, family group, school classes, athletic group (private, organized, or professional) using the grounds, building, parking lot, driveway, or any other facility or area on the legal property known as "Historically Restored Woodlawn Property", or any other name this property acquires or it's Board of Directors.

~The historically restored Woodlawn property or it's Board of Directors shall not be responsible for any injury acquired by playing, visiting, partying, meeting, or working here, hospital visit or otherwise.

~The historically restored Woodlawn property or it's Board of Directors, shall not be responsible for any vehicle damage damage from either vandalism (glass, paint, or tire, etc. etc) nor shall we be responsible for any act of nature including but not limited to tornado's, hurricanes, floods, straight winds, or hail storms, snow or ice, etc. etc. Nor shall we be responsible for any of your property stolen from your vehicle or the community center.

~The historically restored Woodlawn property or it's Board of Directors shall not be held liable for any food pathogens, or food borne illness acquired by any group or persons using the facility for parties, family reunions, etc, etc.

~The historically restored Woodlawn property or it's Board of Directors shall not be held responsible for insect bites, snake bites or any other wild or domestic animal bites or any anaphylactic reactions to any of these bites.

~The historically restored Woodlawn property or it's Board of Directors, shall not be responsible or liable for any stolen personnel property such as cameras, video equipment, or other electronic equipment used or left on the property.

~Even though firearms are strictly prohibited on the premises , the historically restored Woodlawn property or it's Board of Directors shall not be responsible or liable for any incident or injury caused by or occurrence involving any firearms what so ever.

~The historically restored Woodlawn property or it's Board of Directors shall be held responsible for any personal losses due to fire or water damage as a result of treatment of fire.
